We sell 100% Raw and Virgin Indian Human Hair sourced directly from temples in South India. Our hair is cuticle-aligned, tangle-free, and long-lasting.

2. Is your hair a single donor?

Yes. Our Raw Indian Hair comes from single donors to ensure consistency, quality, and durability.

3. Can your hair be colored or bleached?

Absolutely! Our natural hair is 100% unprocessed and can be bleached, dyed, or toned. Our Jet Black hair is already colored and not recommended to be bleached, dyed, or toned again. We recommend professional coloring services for best results and to protect hair integrity.

4. How long does the hair last?

With proper care, our hair can last 3+ years. Raw hair is an investment — treat it like your own hair, and it will last.

5. What is the difference between Raw and Virgin hair?

Raw Hair: Completely unprocessed, no chemicals or steam — natural from a donor.

Virgin Hair: Unprocessed but may be lightly steam-textured for consistent curl/wave patterns.

6. What lace products do you offer?

We offer a variety of HD lace options, including:

• Lace Closures (4x4, 5x5, 6x6)

• Lace Frontals (13x4, 13x6)

All lace products are made with our premium Indian hair for a natural, scalp-like appearance.

7. Do you make custom wigs?

Yes! Scholar Beauty Hair Company offers Custom Wig Services, including:

• Made-to-measure wig caps

• Personalized styling and parting

• Glueless or install-ready construction

Wigs can be customized based on lace type, length, density, and texture. Turnaround time is 10-14 business days.

8. Do you provide wig maintenance services?

We offer wig wash & restyle, lace replacement, tightening, and refitting services. Send your Scholar Beauty unit to us, and we’ll refresh it to make it look brand new! We also offer wig maintenance services for old wigs from other hair companies too.

9. How long does shipping take?

• Domestic Shipping (United States):

o Standard (5-7 business days)

o Express (2-4 business days)

• International Shipping:

o Military Bases Only

o Standard (10-20 business days)

10. Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to hygiene standards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless you receive:

• The wrong item

• A defective or damaged product

If you contact us with a photo proof within three (3) calendar days of delivery, we’ll make it right.

11. Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders enter processing and cannot be changed.

12. How do I care for my hair extensions and wigs?

• Always co-wash before first use.

• Use sulfate-free shampoo & conditioner.

• Detangle gently from ends to root.

• Air dry or use low heat.

• Store wigs on a stand to retain shape.

We include full care instructions with each order and offer tips on Instagram and our website.

13. Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
