Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene concerns, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Items

We only offer refunds or exchanges if:

• You received the wrong item.

• The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

To be eligible:

• Contact us within three (3) calendar days of receiving your item.

• Provide a photo or video of the item and the packaging.

• Items must be unused and in their original condition (with hair tags still attached to hair bundles or wigs).

If approved:

• You may receive a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

• Refunds are processed within seven (7) business days.

Cancellations

• Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been processed or shipped.
